Beneficiary Roll

The Rangitane o Tamaki nui a Rua Beneficiary Roll is a register of Rangitane people that is maintained by the runanga.

By registering on the Beneficiary Roll, you are:

• acknowledging your whakapapa and connection to Rangitane me ona hapu
• eligible to vote in runanga elections (if you are 18 years old or over)
• able to update yourself on Rangitane developments
• able to participate and contribute to the Rangitane Treaty settlement process and Foreshore and Seabed settlement (if you are 18 years old or over)
• able to contribute to, inform and influence the runanga to plan for the future.

Who can register?
Those eligible to register are people who descend from the eponymous ancestor, Rangitāne; and whakapapa to one or more of the hapū of Rangitāne o Tamaki Nui-ā-Rua and are 18 years or older at the date of registration.  If you are interested in registering, please contact us on rangitane.web@gmail.com
