Wahakura Handover

Our Hapu Mama and whanau  received their Wahakura that they made back in July at their wahakura wananga at Makirikiri Marae.

This was a special evening for the eight whanau involved, they were able to acknowledge the hard mahi they had put into their wahakura and also acknowledge those who helped them create this special taonga, Ngareta Paewai, Whaea Ataneta Paewai and Amanda Milner.

Nominations were called for to fill vacancies on the Executive Committee of Rangitāne o Tamaki nui a Rua Inc. Three nominations were received to fill four vacancies. As a result no election is required and the following are elected:

The nominees will each do a presentation at the Special General meeting this Friday 22nd March at the Bush Multi Sports Complex, Pahiatua
