You can go in with other members of your whānau.
There are two income bands on the application. The whānau need to tick one. $100k household income is the minimum. No deposit required.
The ultimate goal is home ownership so the whānau must have identified home ownership as an aspiration and be prepared to work towards it. This will include attending all the wānanga associated with He Tāhuhu Kōrero.
There is also a condition related to KiwiSaver in the application.
